My panic finding out how high the polycount was already at the beginning 🤣🙈

This is a hyper‑realistic binder notebook I created for Poly Haven's Project Lighthouse, a community challenge to build a library of free CC0 assets for their debut first‑person exploration game. The setting is a moody mix of decaying military complexes and retrofuturism, described as S.T.A.L.K.E.R. meets Control .

I wanted the prop to feel authentic and worn, as if it had been carried through a harsh environment. The textures and materials were built to support a realistic, lived‑in look that fits the game's mysterious atmosphere.

This asset was my contribution to the Project Lighthouse challenge, and it was also a great opportunity to step outside my usual fantasy style and explore a more grounded, realistic aesthetic
